Cancellation Policy
Both parties have the right to terminate the Contract for any reason. To do so, the terminating party must send an email or letter to the other party, stating their intention to end the Contract. The Contract will officially end 30 days after the notice has been received. During this 30-day period, the Client is responsible for paying the Agency for all work completed up to the termination date. Additionally, the Client must reimburse the Agency for any agreed-upon, non-cancellable expenses incurred.
